| Open Hand Technique |
At 3rd level, when you hit a creature with Flurry of Blows, you can impose one of the following effects:
- It must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
- It must make a Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away.
- It can't take reactions until the end of your next turn.

| Wholeness of Body |
At 6th level, as an action, you can regain hit points equal to three times your monk level. This feature can be used once per long rest. |
| Tranquility |
At 11th level, at the end of a long rest, you gain the effects of the Sanctuary spell, which lasts until your next long rest or until ended early. The spell save DC is 8 + your Wisdom modifier + your proficiency bonus. |
| Quivering Palm |
At 17th level, when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 3 ki points to set up lethal vibrations that last for a number of days equal to your monk level. You can use an action to force the target to make a Constitution saving throw:
- On a failure, the target is reduced to 0 hit points.
- On a success, it takes 10d10 necrotic damage.
Only one creature can be affected at a time, and you can end the effect harmlessly.
