| Bonus Proficiency |
At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in one of the following skills: Animal Handling, History, Insight, Performance, or Persuasion. Alternatively, you learn one language of your choice. |
| Born to the Saddle |
At 3rd level, you have advantage on saving throws to avoid falling off your mount. If you fall off your mount and descend no more than 10 feet, you land on your feet (if not incapacitated). Mounting or dismounting costs 5 feet of movement. |
| Unwavering Mark |
At 3rd level, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can mark it. The marked creature has disadvantage on attacks not targeting you. If the marked creature damages others, you can make a special melee weapon attack against it as a bonus action with extra damage equal to half your fighter level. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Strength modifier (minimum once), regaining all uses on a long rest. |
| Warding Maneuver |
At 7th level, as a reaction, you can roll 1d8 and add the result to a creature's AC within 5 feet of you against an attack. If the attack hits, the target takes resistance to the damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum once), regaining all uses on a long rest. |
| Hold the Line |
At 10th level, creatures provoke opportunity attacks when they move 5 feet or more within your reach. If you hit with an opportunity attack, the target’s speed becomes 0 until the end of the current turn. |
| Ferocious Charger |
At 15th level, if you move at least 10 feet in a straight line before attacking, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 8 + proficiency bonus + Strength modifier) or be knocked prone. You can use this feature once per turn. |
| Vigilant Defender |
At 18th level, you gain a special reaction on every creature's turn (except your own) to make an opportunity attack. You cannot use it on the same turn as your normal reaction. |
